존 클라센 (Jon Klassen) (그림)
캐나다 온타리오 주에서 태어나 셰리든 대학에서 애니메이션을 공부했다. 쓰고 그린 첫 그림책 《내 모자 어디 갔을까》로 닥터 수스 아너 상과 E. B. 화이트 Read Aloud 상을 수상하였고, 《이건 내 모자가 아니야》로 칼데콧 상과 케이트 그린어웨이 상을, 《샘과 데이브가 땅을 팠어요》로 칼데콧 아너 상을 받았다. 그 외 작품으로 《모자를 보았어》, 《세모》, 《네모》, 《동그라미》 등이 있다.
